So, yesterday I ended up overeating badly. I took chicken curry and noodles to work for lunch, but then a colleague also brought me some curry and rice with a piece of cheesecake, and the office manager brought some milktart.... and I ate everything 🤦🏻♀️ and somehow the scale went down. I don’t mind, but now I have to commit to dropping below the 100’s by end of July. It’s so tough in the winter. I just want to eat and sleep😖
