Haven’t greeted the 130’s in years and years.

4,9kgs to go to target.
139.6 kg Lost so far: 42.6 kg.    Still to go: 27.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@Kingcur I was on 25 percent carbs, 35 protein and 40 fat. But some days my carbs went over 35%, and those were the days i had losses. So hence the one week test
