I am going to make a change for life because if I don't do this now it is just going to get harder the older I get.
I do not like my body and the fact that I can't find clothes that I like or feel comfortable in.
I feel that I am ready to enjoy the rest of my life and want to feel happy with how I look. :-)

You can do this! How you feel now is exactly how I felt when I started. After just a few months on Atkins I am much happier about my body, I look better in clothes and my health has improved dramatically, as has my fitness. Good on you for starting!
