I don't really know I didn't keep my carbs below 50g I didn't plan my meals I ate what was available cause everyone in the house has brongites I think ate smaller portions and I drank a few cups of rooibos and a cup of coffee on meds for the brongites so not hungry

It's weird for the brongites cause the gave me prednisone with the antibiotics and I pick up weight with prednisone I usually stay far away from it even with my asthma

I’m with you Lisa1905s, I also use to take prednisone for my asthma, and also try to stay away from it. However I also noticed that when I took it I lost weight instead of gain as I thought it did. Hope you get well soon ...✨
