Greetings guys

For those of you that take (or that know more about these things).. NPL diet pro high protein shake meal replacement. I researched it first and checked the ingredients and the sugar and carb content... The taste is also great. I just have one problem, I find two scoops too sweet to bear... And I end up just using 1 scoop and add tpsn of phyllium husk and some frozen raspberries (all logged separately).

So I'd like to know from those in the know, if I'm not robbing my self by only using 1 scoop... And what else to you guys use to mitigate the sweetness... Thanks in advance.
