Not sure what is going on. I've lost the 10kg so easily, but now looks like I'm stuck. I just can't seem to get away from 48 - Had some changes in my life, new job and all - bit stressful... My lifestyle didn't change much.
48.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you eating enough carbs? alot of people cut out carbs almost completely but Google "leptin levels and fat loss" ...

I'm eating good carbs. Lots of fruit and veggies. I started jogging on and off. Muscles sore. Still loosing centimeters but not much.
