Decent. Anybody else out there struggling to maintain? I always find it harder than actually losing the weight.
70.5 kg Lost so far: 24.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I always end up picking up what I lost over a couple of months then the struggle starts all over again.

Yeah that happens to me as well. It feels like every February I have to lose 12 kg again

I'm a bit late to the party, but agree with SS. Sustainable changes. That's why I hate the word diet. I never have to diet in my life from now on. Ever. And I gave myself a "comfort zone" body mass which is actually just a reference value where I don't mind the ups and downs of body mass maintenance.
