Had a small pizza (monthly cheat meal) and popcorn this week, but still managed to end of the week off with a 1.2kg loss. Learning that balance, portion control and exercise is key! I’m happy with my progress. All the best this weekend everyone.
109.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
