Not sure what's happening here, weight going down everyday but not exercising or dieting. Gave myself Easter period to rest and eat normally now the weight is falling off. Previously I was working hard in the gym and eating 1500 calories a day and my weight barely shifted in most cases it went up. Don't know what this means but I'm loving it while it lasts.
129.7 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 49.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 7 kg a Week

Tha body is strange and amazing in that way. Sometimes all it needs is a bit of rest/down time.
