The number on the scale got better but I struggled to hit my Macros this past week. Reminding myself that I started this journey to get my metabolism back on track and that the weight loss is just an added bonus.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
