I am going seriously backwards. took me a year to get from 75kg to 66.5kg on Noom on my way to goal weight of 65kg. Then joined FS last year.. MUCH better food logging capability for South Africans.

But I am just eating too many calories! averaging 1800 a day. The good news is that my eating is WAY healthier than when I started my journey in November 2017. But wow I wish I was as motivated at the end of each day as when my day starts. These last 3kgs are tougher than the rest.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I agree... nights are really tricky. I need to reign in the tea and risk situation before bed. I assumed wrong about our Ouma being a "healthy biscuit alternative"... those little buttermilk things are HIGH HIGH HIGH in calories... and super moreish!
