Yesterday I ate at "Poorly" at 115% of goal, met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .3% I had planned to increase my set weight goal today but I changed my mind and decided to postpone the increase until I am solidly out the "Blue" zone. I'm having trouble holding onto to weight and keeping body fat down at the same time. I'm finding it more challenging than simply losing weight...
