After a weekend away I'm pretty happy to stay the same. I didn't cheat this weekend but I did overeat yesterday at lunch. Also didn't workout but did lots of walking and hills! Back to the plan today.
73 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
