Weighed at my usual time instead of the wee hours and I’m actually down a little more than I thought. Keto on and Tamiflu on. Hope I hold near this weight when I’m well. My first Day weighing in a while so maybe it sticks.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Keilin - not sure that it has been worth the misery but I think I broke my fever last night. Sweated through the sheets but fever was near normal this morning. Another day of rest on tap and we’ll see what tomorrow brings. 🙂 Now, I’m in desperate need of a shower!

Thanks liv and G! Actually am vertical today. I don’t mind being horizontal but not feeling like death 😂 Feeling better today - still on the mend but much better. In Tamiflu we trust 😉
