you've got to try Lakanto maple syrup sugar free. omg yum and Carb Quick mix Amazon wooohoo that pancake is a nice treat.

Angel - it’s all SF. What would be problematic for you? Just curious because my dad was diabetic his whole life and I think he would be ok eating this. Maybe the almond flour or pecans? Syrup also is SF.
