The initial impetus for my weight loss journey was my my feet... they were always aching, and I was worried about what would happen to my body as I got older and potentially fatter. It occurred to me yesterday that my feet no longer hurt. I’m not even sure when they stopped aching, but the fact that this has happened is proof of the importance of achieving a healthy weight and staying that way.
79.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
