Seriously so miffed. I know a loss is still a loss but I was good this week and all I lost was a measly 200g.

Will try fasting and adding more cardio next week
88 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 13 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
