@LouiseTorr, I lost 17 kg in 5 months. I did intermittent fasting, I eat 2 meals in a day. My first meal after 2pm and the second at 8pm. I chose those times because that’s what worked with my schedule. Thanks. Keep pushing

@LouiseTorr I was taking 1200 calories per day, but there was a month I was doing OMAD, and my intake was less than 1200 per day, which isn’t recommended though.

@silverstar101, yeah I’m permanently on intermittent fasting, it’s part of my lifestyle now. Although sometimes I do take breakfast on weekends
