So I weighed in this morning and had a slight gain. This just shows me once again that I HAVE TO weigh and track me food intake. None of my efforts work without it. 😕
91.5 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
