I have realized that my body doesn't want sugar. So from now on no cheat day chocolate, even it's just one piece. I am happy that I didn't gain though.
116 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 21 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
