Iv been on OMAD for the past week,started by mistake then just went with it,im off from work and just hoping to not eat my way back,loosing the Dec weight gain has been so difficult yoh😥
72.5 kg Lost so far: 24.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Also been trying omad! It actually fits in with my lifestyle at the moment running after an 8month old. What do you typically eat for your meal? Or is it just whatever you feel like?

@sunelvn88 i tried to eat as healthy as possible, i had meal prepped for about 5 days so i dont eat junk because of hunger, i would usually have lots of veggies and chicken then have a fruit bowl with yoghurt and if im still hungry a slice of low calorie bread, i had about two cheats that were very controlled so i wish i could stay like this forever😂
