Yesterday I ate almost 1200Kcal, and I ran 4-4-2. I feel fucking awesome. My new pants are now "ok" almost big. GO 56!!!!!!!!
Goal changed and basically 4Kg to go!
56.8 kg Lost so far: 17.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
