2 weeks now and I'f not weighed. Waiting for the 1 month marker. Hoewever this morni g I fit into a pair of pants I couldn't wear for months.
97.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 32.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
