small drop, 6/7 days this week I did an hour of exercise(mostly cardio), 106,000 steps counted and was fairly diligent with the diet. onward and downwards!!
116.5 kg Lost so far: 15.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
