7 days, 2.8 kg down. gym was new levels with weight training, Hiit on treadmill went next level. 0,1% body fat down and 0,1% muscle up in 3 or 4 days.
135.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
