It’s only half a kg but it wasn’t a fantastic week meal wise so I’m still pretty chuffed. At least I didn’t gain :)
95.5 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
