Trying to get back on track. One thing that I’ve realized over the past year is no matter how hard you train if you are not eating right you will not get to your goal weight. Practice healthy habits and you will survive in the long run. From 91kg in August to 76.7 Now is not too bad🙌🏼
76.7 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
