Detox done🙌🏽, I respect people that do this for more than 5 days. I didn’t know Broccoli could taste so nice when you are hungry 😀,Now healthy eating habits and exercise .

So I fell of the wagon but I’m not defeated, I need to get back to where I want myself to be body wise. I gained back all the weight that I had lost but hey all is not lost. Discipline will play a big part in me achieving my goal.
