Day 7 MA Very interesting, I worked out in the morning and again in the afternoon, broke a good sweat 💦 both times, so I do not understand how I gain weight...
78.3 kg Lost so far: 15.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
