I don’t know 🤔 🤷‍♀️ ...worked out in the morning and in the afternoon... don’t understand what is going on...

Sometimes when I start a new exercise regime, I also gain initially. Your muscles adapt to the new workout and I am not a doctor, but I suspect the muscles retain some water initially. Just keep at it. You will see the results soon enough. Well done for working out!

I agree with YoliesP regarding the muscles retaining water, so don't be so hard on yourself :) It is definitely NOT 600 grams of FAT, so it has to be water retention :)
