Wow! First day here. Looking forward to the adventure. I normally hit the gym 3 to 4 times a week. This week I took off. Decided to clean up my nutrition. Will hit the iron again from next Monday. And yes I hate cardio. Lol. Will however start incorporating it in my plan for maximum success.

If you keep your weight training intensity really high (doing every rep in good form till failure), you'll notice you don't so much cardio. It's great to see that you're cleaning up your nutrition first. Good luck, Bro.

Thank you so much. Appreciate the comments, advice and motivation. I did a stint of Mike Mentzer's high intensity training and you're right. It left me quite winded. My heart was beating out of my chest. Cheers bud.
