So.. I over did it a bit yesterday celebrating family birthdays. I don't feel guilty at all though and it was so worth it. I went over my cal intake by 200 cal which is not too bad and I did also get in my 30 mins of exercise. I started today off with some intermittent fasting and a 30 minute cardio workout and feeling good!
70 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
