Bought a digital scale to better track my weight, there is a 2Kg difference between the scales though :( but i think its best to re-establish my baseline).

Though even though I know according to my old scale I didn't gain weight, i still feel disappointed, almost like I have been lied to.
88.4 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you do it the same time as before? I feel beter if i do it early in the morning before i eat food and drink coffee

I know the feeling mine was a 4kg difference imagine that anger and that's after I lost 3 on old scale. Talk about giving in.

I felt the same mine was a three kg difference , ! But it just made me more determined to loose weight

My old scale was also out by 3kg and I knew all along it wasn't accurate 😂 Anyway new scale keeps me motivated and I know it's my real weight. Nearly down 10kg.

mine was a whole entire 5 kg

The best way to determine if your scale is accurate is to put a dumbell on it and see if it says 3kgs or 5 kgs or whatever weight the dumbell is.
