0.5kgs down... 2 blocks of margarine ... that sounds better. I was hoping for more... But I did indulge this weekend, wine, snacks, chocolate... so I need to be realistic. So if it is 0.5kgs and how I ate, then my brain is happy ... I am also feeling bloated and holding water...also grumpy, moody and itchy... so we all know what that means 😂 Head down.... now for this week! Going away this weekend for a fun weekend, so I guess it won’t be more than 0.5kgs next week. 💪🏼
