Some more prelim results from Smoothie Thursday, even after eating a big dinner at about 9pm yesterday. (I know it a bad idea, but a mans got to eat)

We will see if this gradual drop continues for another couple of days. If it does, Smoothie Thursday is here to stay.
159.3 kg Lost so far: 22.9 kg.    Still to go: 47.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Smoothie Thirsday means i consume all 1600 calories via smoothie. No meat eaten as smoothied meat is not nice. So its 5 smoothies, cause i normally eat 3 meals a day with 2 snack means. My snack meals are normally my USN protein shake, as they are eaten on the run, and are made in a simple shaker bottle. Breakfast smoothie: double cream plain yogurt, 20g pitted dates, banana, 100ml rice and coconut milk, raw honey and a teaspoon of coffee top up with water Lunch: carrot, cauliflower, frozen berries, honey, c pepper, almond nuts, etc... Dinner: two vegies, chai seed, one fruit, honey, peanut butter, cinnamon. Etc...

nice. would be interesting to see the 'pie' for the day... do you get enough protein through the nuts and yogurt. sounds yum.

The two protein shakes help keep the protein levels up, but carbs do tend to be higher than fat and protein on this smoothie Thursday
