I haven’t been very disciplined recently so my weight loss progress has been very slow. 😕

Wondering if ending my birth control could be part of the reason as my hormones have gone haywire.

76.9 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
