Yesterday I cheated, I had pizza, loads of champagne and bread and dips but I enjoyed myself and tried to eat really clean for the other part of the weekend so I'm happy. This week's plan is to get back on track and back into my routine again.
70 kg Lost so far: 6 kg.    Still to go: 2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
