Back on my lowest low, after changing my diet to higher protein 3 meals/shakes a day. Went over my calories yesterday, hubby made his famous seafood potjiekos, hmmm so I am stunned at this mornings drop, I did do 30min high intensity training yesterday as wel, wil be resting completely today!
