Day 2 of eating/shake, x3 a day.

Following our trainers advice, upping the protein intake to build muscle.
Short term goal to shake this last stubborn fat.
Unknown territory, hope it pays of, been doing IF for months now and it worked up until now, but with intense training my hunger has increased and I find myself overeating/Bing eating whay to often.
Best of luck for the weekend for us and everyone else!
57 kg Lost so far: 33 kg.    Still to go: 3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
