Im feeling demotivated today,im up by more than a kilo,been sticking to IF for the past two days and eating healthy on my window period,iv cut out carbs,and sugar,i still nuts which contain a lot of fat but in moderate portions, i don’t understand why iv put on weight, Could be because of shark week,or maybe because my last meal on IF has been at 21:30 which is a bit late also because i havent been drinking a lot of water?😢😢i just dont know.... Thinking of just making today my cheat day😒😒
