30km long run done, After eating alot at a braai yesterday.
Weight back to 75.8 after shark 🦈 week, my mood was better though, I ddnt eat ppl ,must be the change i made in my diet...
And I lost a toenail lol 😝
75.8 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

HOW??? Running is literally the exercise I hate most... ever. I just don't get the appeal. Lol! I don't know how you do it, honestly. But I've registered for ParkRun and will be starting this month. We'll see how it goes.

I'm also not fond of running, but since I've started doing it more and becoming fitter I have started to enjoy it more. There's something about the vibe at the start of each race that's very addictive..
