Oh man😠 I need to get out of this 85... frustrating cause I exercised quite well yesterday and kept my carbs down, maybe because I ate late... I don’t know, but this is just tiring 😏
85.6 kg Lost so far: 8.6 kg.    Still to go: 20.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just keep doing the right things.. body composition is tricky.. especially for females 🙈 Water, fat, muscle, and and and.. the scale is only ONE indicator and does NOT tell the whole story 🌺

Have you done measurements of your body? If you exercise regularly, then the scale may not tell you anything, but measurements will tell you a different story. Good luck though!

Hi Leksie and Monique, I have not taken measurements lately but I do feel a difference on my clothing... just not enough to make me really excited... guess I just have to be patient. Thanks for the encouragement... I do need to be reminded that the body is a tricky thing, just got to keep at it...🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️
