Reaching my goal weight wasn't to difficult,keeping it there is the real challenge

Yes it is. A lot of people normally go on a maintenance meal plan. I want to try and not do a diet itself and rather change my mindset and lifestyle. I can't follow a diet due to various reasons. We all got our own way that works so do what works for you
