After weekend family celebration and eating all the wrong food etc etc I went up 500g but back in the horse 🐎 and riding hard. I am planning to gym twice this week and see how it affects the downward trend
134.8 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
