It happening again adjusted my carb intake and upped my fat
134.2 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 15.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

how do you know what to adjust and when??

Hey Kim I am using the food dairy as a guide For the amount of carbs/ proteins and fat. I am also just keeping it simple and eating in moderation. I don’t exercise right now so I am trying to force my body into Ketosis. So 20g carbs a day and a higher fat intake than protein and limited calorie intake
