Really chaffed with days 3 results but oh man but my body is craving something sweet which is strange as I don’t have a sweet tooth 🤦🏽‍♂️
136.2 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! If you're ever craving something sweet for breakfast you can try "chocolate" overnight oats. It really hits the spot without being unhealthy or high-calorie.

The recipe I use is pretty easy, half a cup of rolled oats, quarter cup of Greek yoghurt, quarter cup of milk, some honey/stevia, a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix together and store in the fridge overnight, the next morning it's ready to go. You can warm it up on the stove but I prefer mine cold.
