MESS MESS MESS! 😭 Officially the heaviest I have EVER been! Starting AGAIN this week slowly but surely with eating better, not eating my emotions and trying to exercise before or after 9-11 hour working shifts, because apparently I'm a strong, independent women 😔😐🙈
