So close I can feel it!!!
51 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

keep doing that... If it's working. Don't stray off the path even once you hit your goal. Trust me... once you reached it. You will think of a new goal (either maintaining the weight and toning or losing some more if you feel another kilo or two is within reach). but don't go too low on the scale. I've heard of people that lose a lot of weight get sick and ye. Your body must have the nutrients to keep it steady.
