Ugh! the scale is not my friend right now eventhough i am feeling thinner in my clothes. Very weird..Note to self:..maybe I shouldnt weigh myself too often..
97 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You probably lost in centimeters which is better than what the scale is saying because scale weights the water, muscle and fat and muscle is heavier than fat. Go with how your clothes fit and you feel
