Would be day 6 of IF but I have seen no change except 100g gained or lost, so normal healthy eating today
75.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try if with banting/keto for three days just for the experience. I was negative about it at first cause I love carbs but it shocked me. I lost 3 kg in under 3 weeks including 2 cheat meals. This isn't half as much as most people lose. But it's a substantial amount for my small and tall frame
